Personal data on this website is processed only to the extent technically necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act (TDDDG, formerly TTDSG).

As Cloudflare also operates infrastructure outside the EU/EEA (including in the USA), personal data may be transferred to a third country. This transfer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Security features and the cf_clearance cookie: This website has Cloudflare's Browser Integrity Check and Privacy Pass enabled, together with a "Medium" security level. These features evaluate technical request characteristics to detect automated or malicious access. Only if a request is flagged by Cloudflare as potentially suspicious can a security challenge be triggered, setting the cf_clearance cookie so the check does not need to be repeated on every subsequent visit. For the large majority of regular visitors, this cookie is never set. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing abusive access). As this is a technically necessary security cookie, no separate consent is required under § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG.

When you access this website, the hosting infrastructure automatically records the information listed in Section 3 in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Beyond the conditional security feature described in Section 3, this website does not set its own analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the contact serves to initiate or perform a contract (e.g. a coaching or consulting engagement), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Data is deleted once it is no longer required for its purpose and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under German commercial or tax law) apply.

As contact occurs by email, fully encrypted, tap-proof transmission cannot be guaranteed in every case; for confidential information, an alternative, secure communication channel is recommended.

This website loads fonts (including Google Fonts) exclusively locally, i.e. they are delivered as part of the website's own files. There is no connection to external font servers (e.g. operated by Google) and no transmission of your IP address to third parties for the purpose of font display.

The website contains a link to my LinkedIn profile. This is a plain hyperlink, not an embedded social media plugin. Simply visiting this website does not transmit any data to LinkedIn; only by actively clicking the link do you leave this website, at which point LinkedIn's own privacy terms apply (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland).
