My background spans orchestras, festivals, cultural foundations, music associations and international residency programs in Europe and Latin America. I have built cross-sector partnerships, led strategic communications for national music programs, accompanied touring productions, and developed formats for emerging artists and audiences.
I bring this experience together today as a consultant, coach and facilitator, with a particular interest in music tourism, cross-cultural collaboration and socially engaged music initiatives.
My academic background spans Business Administration and Linguistics (BA), Arts and Music Management (MA), and Social Entrepreneurship and Arts Innovation (MBA), complemented by specialist training in Music Tourism. I am currently completing ACC Level 1 coaching certification with the Institute of Coaching Studies (ICF pathway).
